Record results, verifies and maintains quality documents.
Job Responsibilities Perform inspections and complete documentation per customer requirements, quality standards and engineering drawings.
Approves finished products by confirming specifications:
conducting visual and dimensional inspections and communicating required adjustments/ re-work to Director of Quality and or Operations Manager.
Documents inspections by completing appropriate reports and logs.
Maintains safe work environment by following standards and procedures; complying with regulations.
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications Familiarity/ Experience with machine practices, using Microsoft based software, and with commonly used inspection equipment and lout out inspection.
Strong attention to detail:
Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness, monitor work to ensure quality and apply feedback to improve performance.
Ability to organize work assignments to ensure efficient operations.
Hand/eye coordination.
Ability to read blueprints, engineering drawings and purchase orders.
Ability to work independently and within a team.
