We are seeking an extremely creative, enthusiastic Graphic Designer that will work in an environment that is interesting, challenging and fast paced.
We are looking for someone with sign shop experience, and pay is commensurate with sign shop experience and performance, however we will train the right apprentice.
We are looking to fill a position full time position requires extensive creativity and outside the box critical thinking with an ability to come up with creative, attractive, well laid out products.
Experience with sign making software, such as Signlab is a plus as well as pre press and printing/cutting experience with wide format printers and plotters.
We are seeking candidates with sign shop experience in the design/cut print room however are willing to train the right apprentice.
We are looking for a dynamic, organized self-starter - who is well grounded and looking for a future to join our team.
Salary and incentives are very competitive and will be commensurate with candidate's experience.

This unique role incorporates aspects of customer service, Graphic Design, and pre press responsibilities.
It will require you to consult with customers at the front counter as well as perform creative and production Graphic Design responsibilities efficiently and effectively.
The role will require utilizing design skills with the latest design software to create designs that meet and exceed the client's design and communication needs! Responsibilities include:
-Work on creative projects from concept to production -Effectively communicate with clients to understand and deliver design material to their satisfaction -Respond to and follow up on customer inquiries -Receive customer supplied files, pre-flight and Rip to production equipment -Support sales with clients in effectively conveying their message in print or electronic media using color, type, illustration, photography, and other various techniques -Remain up to date on changes in the graphic design industry -Interpret customer requests -follow up on quotes - prep press responsibilities including wide format printing and plotting.
This role is a role at a sign shop that may start as an apprentice, but is a key/lead role at a sign shop, requires extensive growth and can/will turn into a lead/management roll at our shop for the right person in the future as we move into the next phase of our growth.
We also currently do not have health insurance, however are looking to bring in a company health plan with dental once this role is successfully filled.
